1. Daily maintenance
Daily inspection: Check the operating status of the equipment, including the operating sound and vibration of the motor and reducer, and the sealing of the tube bundle to ensure that there is no leakage.
Weekly maintenance: Clean the dust and debris on the surface of the equipment, check whether there is dirt on the surface of the tube bundle, and clean it if necessary.
2. Regular maintenance
Monthly maintenance: Check the wear of the tube bundle, especially the part where the tube bundle contacts the material. Check whether the electrical system, including sensors, control panels, etc., is working properly.
Quarterly maintenance: Perform a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including the fixing of the tube bundle and the integrity of the seals. Replace wearing parts such as sealing rings and gaskets when necessary.
3. Long-term maintenance
Annual maintenance: Perform a thorough maintenance, including cleaning the tube bundle, checking the sealing of the steam system, calibrating sensors, etc.
Adjust according to usage: If the equipment is in a high humidity or dusty environment, or the frequency of use is very high, the maintenance cycle should be shortened appropriately.

Follow the manufacturer's manual: Different brands and models of tube bundle dryers may have different maintenance requirements, and the operating manual provided by the manufacturer should be strictly followed.
