Optimize equipment configuration and operating parameters
1. Reasonably set the position and movement of the tube bundle: use the tube bundle reciprocating dispersion and gathering components, and control the expansion and contraction of the reciprocating telescopic cylinder to switch the drying tube between the gathering and diffusion states, thereby increasing the contact uniformity between the drying tube and the material.
2. Control steam temperature and flow rate: ensure that the steam temperature and flow rate are within a reasonable range to improve heat exchange efficiency. Too high steam temperature may damage the material, while too low temperature will affect the drying speed, and it needs to be adjusted according to the material characteristics.
3. Adjust the speed of the drying cylinder: appropriately increase the speed of the drying cylinder to make the material turn more fully in the cylinder and contact more evenly with the tube bundle, but avoid excessive speed that causes excessive centrifugal force on the material and reduces contact with the tube bundle.
Optimize material processing
1. Control the moisture content of the material: before the material enters the dryer, try to control the moisture content of the material within a reasonable range to reduce energy consumption during the drying process.
2. Pre-dry the material: set up a pre-drying device, such as a pre-drying coil, to use the waste heat of steam to preliminarily dry the material and reduce the moisture content of the material entering the drying cylinder.
3. Uniform feeding: control the frequency and quantity of material addition to avoid material accumulation or material interruption, and ensure that the material is evenly distributed in the drying cylinder.
Strengthen equipment maintenance and management
1. Clean the tube bundle regularly: regularly clean the dirt and residual materials on the surface of the tube bundle to prevent the increase of thermal resistance and ensure the heat exchange efficiency.
2. Check the sealing performance: regularly check the sealing performance of the dryer to prevent steam leakage and ensure the thermal efficiency of the drying process.
3. Optimize the use of waste heat: use the waste heat discharged during the drying process to preheat the feed or heat other links that need to be heated to improve energy utilization.
