Production structure

Sludge disc drier is made up of stator, rotor and driving device.

The stator is equipped with a dome on the top to provide space for the air and vapor and exhaust outlet and maintenance hole. Stator end plate is installed with flange for easy maintenance, and end plate is also used to fix rotor bearing.

There are many disc plates welding on the ceter pipe to heat the material, and a set of  propulsor are fitted on the discs to simultaneously propels and stir the material.
