Tube Bundle Dryer

The structure of the GSD tube bundle dryer is a rotatable heating tube bundle installed in a fixed shell. The steam enters the tube through the rotary joint and transfers heat to become condensed water for discharge. The moisture in the material is heated outside the tube and becomes steam, which is discharged by the negative pressure fan. The material is thrown by the rotating shovel in the tube bundle and falls evenly on the outer surface of the heating tube. It is pushed from the feed port to the discharge port by the shovel, thereby achieving a good drying effect.

Paddle Dryer

JYD paddle dryer can heat not only the outer shell, but also the internal rotor, which greatly increases the drying area, improves thermal efficiency, and ensures that the material is thoroughly dried. This machine consists of two or more rotors embedded in each other in a jacketed shell, and each rotor is equipped with multiple fan-shaped hollow paddles for heating. The heating medium enters the hollow rotating shaft and blades through the rotary joint installed at the end of the rotating shaft. After heat transfer and drying, the condensed water is discharged from the machine through the rotary joint.

Disc Dryer

PSD disc dryer can heat not only the outer shell, but also the internal rotor, which greatly increases the drying area, improves thermal efficiency and ensures that the material is thoroughly dried. The dryer consists of a horizontal outer shell and a heated rotor. Multiple heating discs are installed on the rotor, and the discs are equipped with pushers with adjustable angles. When working, they can not only heat the material, but also push the material along the discharge end. The steam distribution device inside the rotating shaft can evenly distribute the steam to each heating disc. The steam flows in the disc to keep the heating disc at a constant temperature, and the condensed water is discharged through a special device at the end of the shaft.

Lamella Pump

Lamella Pump is mainly used to transport solids containing large particles or high-viscosity liquid mixtures, such as pre-crushed animal by-products, fish and pet food, etc.
1. Lamella Pump can provide carbon steel or stainless steel shells of various sizes to meet various needs.
2. Lamella Pump is made of special steel and wear parts can be replaced. Lamella Pump has only four moving parts and can be equipped with mechanical seals or packing seals.
3. Depending on the characteristics of the material being handled, the Lamella Pump can be driven by an electric motor reducer or a hydraulic motor.
