Hollow Paddle Dryer Operating Instructions

1. For the use and maintenance of the motor, refer to the respective use and maintenance instructions.   
2. Turn on the power, and listen for abnormal sounds (if there are, eliminate them one by one). During on-site commissioning, the steam pipeline must be kept unobstructed.   
3. Due to the inevitable displacement of some parts during transportation, it must be adjusted before use to ensure the normal use of the dryer.   
4. After turning on the power, check whether the temperature control meter shows room temperature (no, please check the connection).  
5. Before turning on the drive motor, first turn the frequency converter to the 0 position (after adding the corresponding oil), then turn on the drive motor (pay attention to the direction), turn the frequency converter to make the machine run, and see if there is any abnormality (yes, ruled out), turn it around and then increase the speed, and make sure the operation is normal.   
6. The heating medium and steam pressure during normal use of the equipment shall not exceed 0.5MPa.
