The composition and structure of the hollow paddle dryer

The hollow paddle dryer sends the material with high humidity into the dryer through the air blower, and uses high-temperature hot air to evaporate the moisture from the material and discharge it out of the dryer, so as to realize the drying of the material. The hollow paddle dryer is mainly composed of feeding system, discharge system, drying system, heat source system, wind system, electrical system and other parts.

Feeding system: It consists of three parts: feed inlet, screw conveyor and vibrating feeder. The screw conveyor is used to transport raw materials to the feed inlet and into the dryer; the vibrating feeder uses vibration to Conveys material to the inside of the dryer.

Discharge system: It is mainly composed of the discharge port of the dryer and the suction system. The discharge port of the dryer is generally set at the lower end of the machine body. The dust within the range is sucked into the dust collector for filtration.

Drying system: The drying system is composed of oven, paddle, hot air separator, air box and so on. The oven is the main part of the dryer, and different structural forms are used inside to achieve sufficient drying of materials. The paddle part mainly uses the rotating paddle to stir the material weakly, so as to realize the drying of the material faster. The main function of the hot air separator is to separate the hot air from the material, so as to ensure the uniform temperature inside the dryer and not be affected by the hot air temperature being too high or too low. The air box is to provide the necessary wind force for the inside of the dryer to ensure that the material can be dried quickly under the action of hot air.

Heat source system: The heat source system is part of the dryer, mainly composed of gas boilers, electric heating, steam boilers, etc. The drying of materials is achieved by supplying high-temperature hot air to the inside of the dryer. Among them, gas boilers and steam boilers provide high-temperature hot air by burning fuel, while electric heating converts electrical energy into heat energy to supply high-temperature hot air to the inside of the dryer.

Wind system: The wind system is mainly composed of fans, shock absorbers, air pipes, air valves, etc., which are used to suck air from the outside into the dryer, and separate the hot air through the hot air separator to supply the entire drying system for drying operation . The function of the fan is to compress the air and send it to the drying system. At the same time, the noise of the fan is reduced through the shock absorber. The air pipe and the air valve are to ensure that the air flow inside the dryer is uniform, so as to realize the drying operation of gx.

Electrical system: The electrical system is mainly composed of control system, cables, switches, sensors and instruments, etc., which are used to control and monitor the dryer. The control system coordinates the cooperative work of the entire drying system through the control of each part, and at the same time monitors the drying process in real time through the instrument, so as to adjust various parameters in time to achieve the best drying effect.
