How to replace the filter belt of the hollow paddle dryer

1. Cut off the power supply of the hollow paddle dryer. Any mechanical equipment needs to ensure that the power supply has been cut off during repair and maintenance, and the hollow paddle dryer is no exception. This ensures safety.
2. The feeding part of the hollow paddle dryer is usually locked by the long shaft. Loosen the long shaft screw that controls the feed shaft of the hollow paddle dryer. Just loosen the long shaft screw and pull it down and out, the feeding part can be opened.
3. Lift the feed inlet of the hollow paddle dryer up and back to expose the structure of the filter part and the filter belt.
4. Carefully clean up the residual substances in the hollow paddle dryer. Be careful to wear gloves when cleaning to avoid injury accidents caused by hand contact with some parts.
5. Loosen the screws that lock the filter belt of the hollow paddle dryer in turn according to the instructions, and place the screws in turn. Slowly rotate the shaft to remove each set of filter strips.
6. Install the filter belt of the hollow paddle dryer in the reverse order of disassembly, and turn the rotating shaft by hand to see if the gap between the bearing and the fixed wheel is appropriate. If there is no problem, you can lock the long shaft screw.
7. Turn on the power, start the hollow paddle dryer slowly, and pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise. After running for a while, feed the hollow paddle dryer again.
