Product introduction

In this Dryer, tube bundle is rotating inside stationary housing. Heating Media is passed through the tubes of Tube Bundle. Material to be dried is fed into the stationary dryer housing at suitable location at one end. The material gets lifted up & showered on tubes with help of specially designed lifters provided on tube bundle periphery. Material gets dried by conduction heat transfer & discharged from the other end.

Features

The tube bundle dryer is an indirectly heated, contact type drying machine that can perform both parallel flow and counter-flow drying. To evaporate one kg of water, it only consumes 1.5 to 2kg of team, 50% less than fluidizing dryers. Drying one ton of fermented grass powder only consumes 15kW/hr, 75% less than a fluid bed dryer. This series of drying equipment is extremely efficient and highly automated.
