Product introduction

This Double Effect Evaporator is a teaching unit to provide a crucial and essentially practical approach to evaporation. The unit consists of mainly vertical tube with a heating jacket, a cyclone separator, a distillate cooler, a concentrate and a distillate receiver. It also comes with a vacuum generator. Appropriate devices and instrumentations are provided with the unit for controlling and monitoring the process parameters.

(1) The device uses the modes of outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation featuring swift evaporation

(2) With concentration proportion of 1.2-1.35 (in case of normal China traditional immerse cream) without need of open-mouth pan for collection of cream.

(1) The reclaimable alcohol concentration is about 80%.

(2) The single-effect and dual-effect can time after time collects cream together,

(3) The intermitten and continuous material feeding is available.

(3) The present material can be concentrated presently, which features immune to block and convenient cleaning which can be make just by opening the up and down covers and can be make by one person.
