Our starch dryer is a kind of tubular dryer, also called tube bundle dryer. Tube bundle dryer is a new type of drying equipment improved by our company with high efficiency and energy saving.

Working principle

The design of the tube bundle dryer adopts the principle of heat conduction and heat radiation. The material enters into the dryer through the feeding spiral, and fully contacts with the heat exchange tube under the stirring effect of the scraper so as to evaporate the moisture, and at the same time, the shovel push the material from the feeding end to the discharging end. Generally, countercurrent heating mode is adopted for drying, and downstream heating mode can also be adopted as required.
