4. When we ignite the sludge dehydrator, we must pay attention to not accumulating too much dust in the smoke chamber to avoid affecting the ventilation effect during the dehydration operation, so as to ensure the unimpeded feeding of the dehydrator.
5. After the sludge dewatering machine is overhauled, clean the remaining firebricks and sundries in the dewatering machine, take out the bridge board for maintenance, and ensure that the temperature, pressure and other instruments of the dewatering machine system are normal and intact.
