Open the cooling water valve to check the connection of the heat-carrying pipe, whether the stuffing box leaks, and whether the pressure gauge is sensitive. c. Check whether the instruments, buttons and indicator lights of the electric control cabinet are normal, check whether the grounding wire is in good condition, whether there is leakage or short circuit.
As a kind of indirect heating and drying equipment for sludge, disc dryer has been used in chemical industry, food industry and feed industry for decades. The water is discharged, and the evaporated waste steam is condensed into liquid by the condenser and then processed to meet the standard and discharged or incorporated into the sewage pipe network. The dried sludge enters the incinerator for incineration, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by the sludge incineration passes through the waste heat boiler and economizer. The heat energy is recovered with the air preheater, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney after being treated by the exhaust gas purification device. The recovered thermal energy generates steam or heats the heat transfer oil, which is used as the heat source medium of the dryer to realize the effective use of heat.
