(1) Installation
The main engine and the transmission part are shipped separately from the factory and are transported in one car, so after the main engine is hoisted in place, only the transmission part needs to be assembled, and the installation is completed. Because the dryer is arranged in layers and installed vertically, even if the drying area is large, the floor space is small.
(2) Debug
Turn on the power supply, turn on the spindle motor, and then adjust the electromagnetic speed regulator to control the spindle speed at 1-10 rpm. Feed material at the feeding port on the top of the machine. It is required that the feeding material should enter the machine evenly, otherwise it will affect the thickness of the feeding layer. The machine has 4 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each layer of the disc, and there are rake blades on the rake arms, which can float up and down with the disc surface to maintain contact, so that the material is scraped from the top layer to the bottom layer.
Check whether the heat source medium leaks, and eliminate it if there is. During debugging, two factors determine the drying of the material, the feeding amount and the spindle speed. If the material is too dry, increase the feeding amount and adjust the spindle speed faster. If the feed amount is too wet, reduce the feed amount and slow down the spindle speed.
