How to prevent the paddle dryer from clogging?

1. Choose the right materials and pretreatment
Material screening: Make sure there are no oversized or hard particles in the material. The material can be screened by screening equipment.
Pretreatment: Pretreat the material, such as dehydration or dehumidification, to reduce the initial moisture content of the material.

2. Optimize feeding operation
Control the feeding speed: Keep the material flow stable to avoid excessive or insufficient feeding, which will affect the drying effect.
Uniform feeding: Ensure that the material enters the dryer evenly and stably to avoid material accumulation and blockage caused by too fast or too much feeding.

3. Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the inside of the equipment, especially the paddles, heat exchange tubes and discharge ports, to ensure that the inside of the equipment is unobstructed.
Check components: Regularly check the wear of components such as paddles, seals, and transmission chains, and replace severely worn components in time.

4. Monitoring and alarm system
Install monitoring equipment: Install monitoring equipment on the paddle dryer to monitor the operating status of the equipment and the flow of materials in real time.
Set up an alarm system: When signs of blockage or abnormal conditions are found, an alarm signal will be issued immediately and corresponding treatment measures will be taken.

5. Adjust operating parameters
Optimize drying temperature: Adjust parameters such as drying temperature, wind speed, and feed speed according to the properties of the material and drying requirements.
Monitor the drying process: Monitor the operating status of the equipment to ensure that parameters such as temperature, pressure, and current are within the normal range.

6. Use auxiliary equipment
Vibration device: Install a vibration device on the paddle dryer to break up and discharge the blocked material through vibration.
Airflow pressure control: Use airflow pressure to control the material conveying and drying process to prevent the material from being blocked due to insufficient or excessive pressure.

7. Training and operating specifications
Operation training: Provide professional training for operators to familiarize them with the operating procedures and precautions of the paddle dryer.
Operation specifications: Formulate and strictly implement operation specifications to ensure that operators operate in accordance with the regulations to avoid material blockage caused by improper operation.
