I. Pre-Start Preparation
1. Comprehensive Inspection: Confirm that all parts of the equipment are securely connected, the paddles are free from deformation or damage, and the transmission device is well lubricated. Check the heating system (such as steam pipes and heat transfer oil system) and electrical control system for proper functioning.
2. Material Pretreatment: Crush and mix the material to be dried to ensure it can smoothly enter the dryer and be heated evenly. Control the feed rate to avoid equipment blockage or overloading.
3. Parameter Setting: Set appropriate heating temperature, paddle speed, and other parameters according to the material properties.
II. Operation
1. Start the Equipment: After confirming there are no abnormalities, start the drive motor to make the paddles start rotating.
2. Feeding and Drying: Slowly feed the pretreated material into the dryer, carefully controlling the feed rate. Turn on the heating system to provide heat for the drying process.
3. Monitoring Operation: Closely monitor the equipment's operating status, including parameters such as temperature, pressure, and paddle speed, ensuring they fluctuate within normal ranges. III. Discharge and Cleaning
1. Discharge: Once the material reaches the desired dryness, open the discharge device to discharge the dried material.
2. Cleaning: Turn off the heating system and drive motor, and clean the inside of the equipment to prevent material accumulation and deterioration, which could affect future use.
IV. Key Precautions
1. Direct Start-up Prohibited: Each operation must be started in a rotating (manually and slowly rotating) state to reduce damage to the equipment under heavy load.
2. Slow Heating: With the impeller shaft rotating, slowly open the steam inlet valve and condensate outlet valve to slowly introduce steam into the jacket and impeller shaft for at least 30 minutes to avoid rapid temperature changes.
3. No Hard Objects Allowed: It is strictly forbidden to allow hard, lumpy objects to be mixed in with the wet material to prevent damage to the impeller or cylinder.
4. Controlled Feed Rate: During intermittent operation, the feed rate should be limited to submerging the impeller; during continuous operation, the feed rate should be controlled so that the main unit's maximum current does not exceed 70% of the rated current.
5. Standardized Shutdown: When shutting down, drain as much material as possible from the machine, then stop the steam intake and drain the condensate. Close all valves and allow the equipment to cool completely to room temperature before stopping the rotation of the blade shaft.
V. Maintenance and Care
1. Regular Lubrication: Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the lubrication points of the equipment to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts.
2. Regular Inspection: Regularly inspect the blade wear and replace vulnerable parts promptly to ensure the equipment is always in good operating condition.
