3. Pressure and Temperature: Ensure operating pressure remains stable within the set range (e.g., 0.4-0.6 MPa). Large pressure fluctuations or sluggish temperature response may involve valve or steam trap malfunctions or system leaks.
II. Operational Status Observation: Combining Sensory Senses and Experience
1. Listen: Check for abnormal noises during operation (e.g., bearing dry grinding, gear impact sounds).
2. Visual Inspection: Check the transmission system (belts, couplings) for wear and looseness; observe for powder or steam leakage at the seals.
3. Smell Inspection: Check for a burnt odor, which may indicate overheating of the motor or electrical components.
III. Special Inspection of Key Components: Hard Indicators for Regular Maintenance
Perform maintenance according to the schedule (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly):
1. Daily: Check bearing lubrication, clean the filter screen, and confirm that the steam trap is draining normally.
2. Weekly/Monthly: Check the tightness of the transmission system, calibrate the sensors, and check the aging of the seals.
3. Quarterly/Annual: Perform comprehensive lubrication, check the electrical system (insulation resistance, wiring tightness), and calibrate the safety valve.
IV. Fault Early Warning and Proactive Maintenance
1. Condition Monitoring: Install vibration sensors and temperature sensors, connect them to the DCS/SCADA system, and achieve continuous monitoring and early warning.
