Bearing Failure Handling Steps
1. Shutdown Inspection: Immediately shut down the equipment and confirm the degree of bearing wear (e.g., whether the wear on one side exceeds 1.2mm).
2. Surface Treatment: Sand the worn area with sandpaper, clean with alcohol, and then apply carbon nanotube polymer material.
3. Repair and Curing: Install the mold and wait for the material to cure (12-24 hours). Remove excess material and reassemble the bearing.
Preventive Measures
1. Lubrication Management: Regularly check the lubricating oil level to avoid insufficient or excessive oil (maintain 2/3 oil level in the cavity).
2. Installation Specifications: Ensure proper bearing clearance; avoid excessive tightness or tilting.
