Cleaning cycle
1. Daily cleaning: After each use, the outside of the paddle dryer should be cleaned to remove dust, dirt and debris. Internal cleaning is more critical. After each use, the residual material should be removed as much as possible to prevent the material from adhering to and agglomerating inside the paddle and dryer.
2. Regular cleaning: It is recommended to thoroughly clean the inside of the equipment once a week or every two weeks, especially the paddles, heat exchange tubes and discharge ports.
3. Long-term maintenance: At regular intervals (such as every quarter or every six months), the equipment should be fully maintained, including inspection, adjustment and tightening of various components to ensure that the equipment is in the best operating condition.
Maintenance recommendations
1. Check the connection parts: Check the connection parts of the equipment every day, such as bolts, nuts, flanges, etc., to ensure that the connection is firm and there is no looseness.
2. Lubrication maintenance: Regularly lubricate the transmission parts of the equipment, such as bearings, gears, chains, etc. According to the instruction manual of the equipment, select the appropriate lubricant and lubricate it according to the prescribed time and method.
3. Check the seals: Check the condition of the seals regularly, such as gaskets, sealing rings, etc., to ensure good sealing and no leakage. If the seals are found to be damaged, they should be replaced in time.
4. Heating system maintenance: If it is a steam-heated paddle dryer, regularly check whether the steam pipe has leaks and whether the steam trap works properly.
5. Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the residual materials inside the equipment to avoid accumulation and deterioration of materials in dead corners, which will affect subsequent production.
