Product description

Industrial paddle dryers are used to dry wet cakes, pastes and thick slurries like sludge. A heating medium such as steam or hot oil flows through the hollow paddles and the jacket, thereby heating the paddles and the vessel walls. The wet material dries after contact with the paddle and the vessel wall. The paddles are designed so that they are self-cleaning and will not allow the product to stick. The product moves from one end to the other, and moisture is removed in the process. The heating medium is usually steam or thermal fluid.
