Working principle

Horizontal Vacuum Disc Dryer is an indirect heating drying processor that can provide drying, mixing and crushing effects at the same time. The wet cake or slurry is fed through the feed port. The spindle with the disc rotates in different directions to periodically move and mix the materials, while applying a vacuum in the dryer, and circulate the heating medium in the jacket of the drying chamber and the hollow disc. The moisture evaporates under vacuum conditions, and the steam enters the condenser through the dust collector, condenses in the condenser and collects in the receiver. The dried material is discharged through the discharge valve.
