Efficient Paddle Dryer for sludge treatment is an indirect drying equipment, usually hollow paddles/blades are installed in a horizontal hollow shaft that rotates in a container. The wet feed is dried when the material is stirred by the rotating paddle, and is in close contact with the heated paddle and the container shell. The dryer has a high heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency due to no heat loss in the exhaust gas (only the heat loss is the radiation through the highly insulated drying container, which is very trivial). Due to the relative movement between the wet feed and the wedge-shaped blades, the blades are self-cleaning. According to the drying requirements and the nature of the wet feed, the paddle dryer can work in batches or continuously under vacuum, protective atmosphere or pressure conditions. The heating medium can be steam with pressure up to 1.5 MPa. Working temperature: 40 C to 300C. Evaporation capacity: 8Kg to 60Kg / m2.h
