Working Principle
Wet sugar beet pulp is fed into the pressing chamber. The rotating screw auger pushes raw material forward continuously. The screw pitch and chamber volume gradually decrease along the conveying path, building up stable mechanical pressure. Free water and residual sugar juice are forced out through perforated filter screens. Dewatered sugar beet pulp is discharged from the outlet, while squeezed liquid flows back for recycling in your sugar production process. The full pressing cycle runs automatically with minimal manual intervention.
