Product Description

Poultry Waste Rendering Plants used to sterilize meat powder are an essential part of poultry beneficiation operations. The bandaging or slaughter of poultry produces waste, which accounts for almost 30% of live poultry body weight. All wastes from processing are autoclaved, sterilized and made into sterilized meat meal. This is also technically known as "Poultry By-Product Hydrolyzed Feather Meal (PBHFM)".

This meat meal made from poultry manure contains about 60-65% protein, 20-22% fat and 8-10% moisture. Therefore, refined plants are also called protein recovery plants.

The rendering process is done in batches. The capacity of the poultry waste refinery we provide ranges from 500 kg. Each batch can reduce 3500 Kg of waste. These factories can process approximately 6000 kg of waste in one digester per day. When the amount of waste is large, a row of digesters can be used. Can also provide larger batch production capacity.
