Product Description

The poultry refinery produces rendering equipment to deal with waste from slaughterhouses such as poultry, livestock, and fish. Rendering equipment is dedicated to helping customers treat slaughterhouse waste in an eco-friendly way and obtain increased profits from finished products such as feathers, meat and bone meal, blood meal, fish meal, etc.

Equipment composition

Rotary joints, safety valves, float traps, stainless steel hoses, graphite sealing rings, globe valves, pressure gauges, bearings, triangle belts, bimetallic thermometers, thermocouples.

Working principle

The wet feathers from the slaughter processing line are transported to the cookware via a conveyor. After being hydrolyzed at room temperature for 30 minutes, it is sealed so that the temperature of the material reaches 130°C to kill E. coli and destroy the molecular chain of keratin, making the feather meal easier to be absorbed by poultry or other animals. The digestibility reaches 75%. After the pressure reaches 0.25mpa, this time will last for 45 minutes. Then, the steam is discharged from the hydrolysis tank. Finally, the material is cooled and ground into feather powder. The protein content of hydrolyzed feather meal reaches 80%, and the moisture content is less than or equal to 10%

Performance and characteristics

1. The casing is double-jacketed and filled with steam produced by the boiler. The steam is piped into the jacket. There is a shaft in the material layer, which is also full of steam. The material can be heated evenly through the jacket and the shaft. At the same time, the blade on the intermediate shaft quickly stirs the material during cooking to improve work efficiency.

2. The blade is made of Q345 wear-resistant material to extend the service life.

3. The shell is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and waterproof. There is insulating cotton in the color swatch to avoid damage caused by high temperature.

4. The external insulation material is made of stainless steel plate to improve corrosion resistance and prolong service life.

5. The automatic drainage system recovers the condensed water from the boiler steam to reduce energy waste and save water.

6. The feeding and discharging structure is square, which is easy to operate.

7. The whole equipment is supported by steel structure, and its installation position can be changed randomly.

Application

Feathers, viscera, bones of fur animals, minced meat, intestines, casings of broiler slaughter line.
