The equipment is suitable for harmless treatment in large and medium-sized slaughterhouses, farms, cities, etc. It forms a complete waste treatment system with crushers, dryers, oil presses, screw conveyors, waste gas treatment and other equipment.

To expand the heat exchange area and boost production efficiency, the Industrial Batch Cooker's shell uses a double-layer jacket. High-temperature steam is then routed through the jacket and the inner rotor.

8. To save energy, water, and heat, the Industrial Batch Cooker uses an automatic drainage system to recycle steam condensate back to the boiler.
