Working principle of sludge dryer

The sludge is added to the hopper and spread evenly on the mesh belt, and the material on the mesh belt moves forward at a uniform speed under the drive of the transmission motor. The heated hot air is blown into the inside of the drying cabinet through a circulating fan, and penetrates the material layer up and down evenly. After the hot air contacts the wet material, the temperature drops rapidly. The wet material absorbs the heat in the hot air and then quickly conducts heat and mass transfer, transfers the internal moisture quickly to the outside, and the hot air takes away the surface moisture. The moist air taken away is exhausted to the outside by the exhaust fan, and most of the high temperature hot air still circulates inside the cabinet. The dried material is discharged out of the machine from the discharge end.
