1. Blockage of cyclone dust collectors, chamber entrances and exits, conveyors and similar machinery and equipment. There are two main reasons for blockage: mechanical problems and humidity. Mechanical problems, whether relaying or reducing fluidity, are easier to solve than moisture. Use air hammer, bridge crusher or equipment with increased export specifications to solve this problem.
2. For the processing technology where the inlet and outlet temperature of the air dryer is 160°-180°F, the leakage point can be in the range of 120°-130°F. If the ambient temperature of the vessel is 80°F, there is enough temperature difference to cause heat damage and coldness, causing the product to clog or relay. This problem will usually be eliminated if the vessel is insulated and the collet is covered or heated.
3. The cooler dissipates heat poorly. This problem is similar to high operating temperature. Usually, the fan is damaged or the cooler has accumulated excessive dust. Just fix it. Water-cooled heat dissipation types generally do not have this problem.
