1. Before starting operation, carefully check the power connections, the operating conditions and smooth conditions of each component, whether the multi-layer mesh belt dryer is loose and shifted, whether the chain is severely worn or tight or not.
2. Don't rush to use the material when starting up, check the stainless steel mesh belt first to see if the equipment is abnormal, whether there is noise, etc. Feed materials as evenly as possible, control the feed volume according to requirements, and prohibit overloading and excessive operation. Strictly monitor the temperature and humidity changes in the sludge dryer.
3. Pay attention to the temperature of the bearing body in the sludge dryer, and add high-quality grease in time. Timely adjust the amount of condensed water in the condensing device at the bearing body and shaft seal packing.
4. The sludge dryer opens the sight hole cover on the bearing body and observes whether there is any leakage in the seals. If there is leakage at the packing seal, press the packing gland or replace the packing.
5. According to the actual working environment and conditions, a detailed and suitable service cycle of the sludge dryer can be drawn up. Replace and increase the lubricating oil frequently, and repair or replace each part in a hurry according to the wear condition. Adhere to the cleanliness of the surface and the inside of the machine, pay attention to cleaning and decontamination before and after the use of the sludge dryer, draw up a cleaning plan when shelving it, and strictly implement it.
