The rotor of the rotary tube dryer is composed of a tube bundle formed by a hollow shaft at both ends, a head and hundreds of tubes; the rotor of a rotary disc dryer is composed of a hollow shaft and dozens of discs assembled on it by welding composition. During operation, the rotor is supported by bearings at both ends, one end is a fixed bearing, and the other end can swim freely and consume thermal expansion. There are copy boards fixed on the shelf around the rotor.
2. The transmission system is composed of main motor and deceleration system.
3. The piping system consists of regulating valves, metal hoses, rotary joints, etc.
4. Exhaust and dust removal system, induced draft fan exhaust tube bundle, equipped with wet dust removal to recover hot water and dust.
