1. According to the working environment, plan the maintenance and inspection cycle of the sludge dryer. Replace and increase the lubricating oil at the right time, and repair or exchange the parts according to the wear condition.
2. Don't use it in a hurry when you turn it on. Check the stainless steel mesh belt first to see if there is any abnormality or noise in the equipment. Feed evenly as much as possible, control the feed amount according to requirements, and prohibit load operation.
3. Before use, carefully check the connection of each power supply, as well as the operating and smooth conditions of each component, whether there is any looseness and displacement, whether the chain is severely worn or the tightness is abnormal.
