At the same time, adjust the tightness of the conveyor chain, and then start feeding the dryer. Special: Pay attention to the uniformity of the blanking at the feeding end. Then open the stop valve for steam supply to heat the drying chamber. When the steam working pressure is 0.4~1.0Mpa, the excellent performance of the machine can be fully exerted.
Finally, by adjusting the angle of the air inlet and exhaust air valves, the humidity in the drying room is controlled to achieve the best drying state of the material.
