The structure is generally horizontal, biaxial or axial, and is used to remove moisture powder.
Conventional paddle dryer exhaust holes often meet the exhaust requirements by setting bag filters, but this means that there is a big problem:
1. Due to the large amount of steam, the condensed mushy bag formed in the bag filter is easy to cause the cleaning bag to be closed when it dies, which affects normal production;
2. To collect the humidity of the material, artificial transparent materials are required every day, which increases labor intensity and makes it difficult to sell the product as a qualified product;
3. The high energy consumption of the system, the system is equipped with a lead fume fan, and the bag needs steam insulation.
