Operation process of paddle dryer

1. Drain the condensed water in the steam pipeline, and then close the shut-off valve.
2. Turn on the air switch of the electric control cabinet (the corresponding display red light is on), and start the circulation fans in each heating chamber.
3. Open the steam supply cut-off valve to heat the drying chamber. When the steam working pressure is 0.4~1.0Mpa, the excellent performance of the machine can be fully utilized.
4. When the temperature in the drying room reaches 145°C, set the switch of the speed regulating motor controller to the "on" position, and then turn the speed regulating knob clockwise to make the pointer reach the desired position. At the same time, adjust the tightness of the conveyor chain, and then start feeding the dryer. Special: Pay attention to the uniformity of feeding at the feeding end.
5. Control the humidity in the drying room by adjusting the angle of the air inlet and exhaust air valves, so as to achieve the best material drying state.
6. When a batch of materials leaves the dryer, the steam supply cut-off valve can be closed, and each fan can be closed later (the corresponding display green light is off).
7. When a batch of materials is dried, turn off the main drive (the corresponding display green light is off), then turn the speed control knob counterclockwise to zero position, and put the controller switch in the "off" position (the corresponding display red light is off).
8. Clean the machine and surrounding environment.
