Measures to prevent disc dryer from clogging

1. Choose suitable materials and pretreatment
Control the humidity of materials to avoid excessive humidity or water content.
Pre-dry block and paste materials.
It is forbidden to mix hard lumps with a diameter greater than 10mm into the materials.
2. Optimize equipment configuration
Install a vibrating device or an electric interception device to prevent clogging by vibrating or intercepting the material.
Choose a suitable filter, the filter diameter should be compatible with the inlet channel or aperture of the disc dryer.
Install monitoring equipment such as cameras to detect and deal with clogging problems in time.
3. Precautions during operation
Keep the feed even and avoid material accumulation.
Clean the inside of the equipment regularly, especially the corners and gaps that are difficult to reach.
Monitor the operating status of the equipment and stop the machine for inspection in time if any abnormality is found.
