1. Equipment inspection: Before starting the machine, carefully check whether all parts of the equipment are installed intact, whether the lubricating oil of the reducer meets the requirements, whether the feed port is unobstructed, whether the discharge port is closed, etc.
2. Idle operation test: Cover the motor impeller wind cover, start the motor for idling, ensure that the rotation direction of the paddle meets the requirements, and there is no abnormality, vibration and noise during operation.
3. Steam preheating: When the paddle shaft is rotating, slowly open the steam inlet valve and condensate discharge valve, first slowly pass steam into the jacket and paddle shaft, and control the time to more than 30 minutes. Adjust the pressure reducing valve and safety valve to ensure that the steam pressure does not exceed the rated pressure.
4. Material input: After the steam pressure meets the requirements and the equipment operates normally, wet materials can be evenly added to the dryer. It is strictly forbidden to carry blocky hard objects to prevent damage to the paddle or cylinder.
5. Operation mode selection: According to production needs, select intermittent operation or continuous operation mode. During intermittent operation, the amount of material added is limited to the material submerging the blades; during continuous operation, the amount of material added is controlled so that the maximum current of the main engine does not exceed 70% of the rated current.
6. Stop operation: When stopping, the material in the machine should be drained as much as possible, and then the steam supply should be stopped and the condensed water should be drained, all valves should be closed, and the rotation of the blade shaft should be stopped after the equipment cools to room temperature to prevent the blade shaft from bending and deformation.
