How to reduce energy consumption and energy saving for paddle dryer

1) Add a central X-shaped lifting plate to reduce thermal voids, extend material residence time, improve heat exchange efficiency, and reduce the loss of high-temperature gas.

2) Remove the spiral conveying blade at the feed end and change it to a triangular rib. It can be made of steel plate with a thickness of 6mm. The height of the short right-angle side is the same as that of the retaining ring at the feed end, and it is welded firmly. The length of the long right-angle side is 800mm. The dry inner cylinder is welded firmly, with an interval of 50mm welded in a circle, which naturally forms a cone feeder.

3) Modify the angle of the feed pipe. As long as the feed is not affected, the lower barrel should be raised as much as possible. The upper end should not be in contact with the baffle ring of the dryer, but it should not be too long to extend into the barrel to control the blanking The point is within 200mm from the retaining ring. In order to prevent the material stopper ring and the cylinder from being burnt due to the excessively high temperature of the front end, after the feeding chute is increased, it will not only facilitate the circulation of high-temperature gas but also prevent the chute from being burnt out. , The heat exchange rate is improved.

4). Transform the L-shaped lifting plate at about 1/3 of the length of the cylinder in the low-temperature drying belt at the end of the machine. Generally, the L-shaped lifting plate is fixed vertically at 90°, and the circumference can be pressed 30°, 90°, 120 sequentially. ° angle welding. In this way, through the rotation of the dryer, the lifting plate is in different space heights, the lifting material distribution area is large, and the heat exchange rate is high.
