1. Choose a suitable filter
According to the characteristics of the material, choose a suitable filter for preliminary filtration to prevent oversized or hard material particles from entering the dryer and causing clogging.
2. Control the feed speed and amount
Keep the material flow stable to avoid excessive or insufficient feed, which will affect the drying effect. When feeding the tube bundle dryer, the user should ensure that the feed speed is moderate and avoid too fast or too large a feed amount, so as not to cause the material to fail to be dried in time and accumulate inside the drum of the dryer.
3. Optimize the material properties
In the drying process, it is best to use convection drying, so that when the material is in contact with high-temperature flue gas, the moisture on the surface of the material can evaporate quickly, forming a surface crust, thereby reducing the viscosity of the material and reducing the chance of clogging.
4. Clean the equipment regularly
Disassemble and clean the tube bundle regularly to remove internal scaling and dust accumulation to ensure heat exchange efficiency. Inside the dryer, there are generally different types of lifting plate devices. On the one hand, it can continuously lift and scatter the materials, and on the other hand, it can break up the caking phenomenon, so as to better realize the heat transfer between the materials and the high-temperature airflow, so as to further prevent the materials from sticking to the wall and blocking during the dehydration and drying process.
5. Install monitoring system
Equip the machine with cameras and other equipment to transmit the drying status to the monitoring machine in the control room in time, so that the operator can grasp the drying status in time and find faults in time to deal with the problems immediately.
6. Use vibration treatment
Some tube bundle dryers have special structures, which can clean the inside after the equipment is dried and cooled to normal temperature. The blocked raw materials are treated with vibration, etc.
7. Check the heat exchanger
Check the heat exchange efficiency regularly and replace the damaged heat exchange elements if necessary.
8. Control the preheating temperature
Before the dryer is operated, the preheating operation should be carried out and the connecting bolts between the main unit and the chassis should be loosened. The preheating temperature should be controlled below 40℃, and the temperature rise should not be too fast.
