1. Uneven drying of the paddle dryer: the problem should be attributed to the incorrect adjustment of the speed and drying temperature. Because the sludge is relatively viscous, briquettes are easily formed. The function of the rotating drum is to disperse the briquettes and make them independent. If the drum speed is adjusted improperly, the briquettes are not easy to disperse. Therefore, the dryness of the finished product will be somewhat uneven.
2. Improper drying temperature: If the adjustment is improper, the heating of the raw materials will be uneven. During the working process of the sludge dryer, if the raw material is ignited, it should be attributed to the high temperature and wind pressure in the rotating drum. If the wind pressure in the drum is too high, the raw materials will be easier to ignite. Combined with high wind pressure, the temperature transfer will be faster. In the case of rapid high temperature transfer, the raw materials will be more easily ignited.
