1. Regularly maintain the wires in the tube bundle dryer. The wires with poor insulation or aging should be replaced in time, and all wire joints should be tightened to avoid falling off or looseness. Instruments should be calibrated regularly; the sawdust dust inside and on top of the tube bundle dryer should be cleaned regularly.
2. After one hundred hours of operation of the tube bundle steam dryer, you should always pay attention to the maintenance and lubrication of the bearing, check and fix the parts. Regularly maintain the furnace and heat exchanger assembly to remove oxides and dust. The water in the emergency water tank should be replaced regularly, and the spray holes should be cleaned to prevent clogging.
