Grease needs to be added after the hot air blower has been working for about 100 hours. The motor was replaced with butter to last about a thousand hours. Elevator and conveyor bearings need to be filled with grease every shift. This not only prevents wear and tear, but also reduces the temperature of the motor and prevents it from burning out. It needs to be replaced and maintained every quarter, cleaning the debris in the dryer air duct, removing the adhesion of the blades on the fan, and returning the speed-regulating motor tachometer to zero.
