1. Observe whether the current is within the rated range; if not, find out the reason and solve the problem accordingly.
2. When the sludge dryer is applied to various materials, pay attention to adjusting the feeding speed to maintain a stable operating state. Operators should remember not to add too many materials at once.
3. The material level of the sludge dryer can be adjusted by the regulator. After adjustment, the operator should not change the level casually.
4. Note that the temperature of the bearing body cannot be higher than 70 degrees Celsius. Regularly add good lubricating oil; adjust the amount of cooling water in the bearing body and shaft packing part.
5. Open the peep hole of the bearing body and observe whether the seal is leaking; if it is, press tightly into the stuffing box gland or replace the material.
6. Lubricating oil should be added to the gear meshing part of the sludge dryer in time; also pay attention to dust and cover with a dust cover.
7. The sludge dryer cannot be operated under overload or overpressure.
8. After the first week of use, drain all the lubricating oil of the reducer and replace it with a new lubricating oil of the same type
9. When the sludge dryer stops production, the operator should clean up the internal materials.
10. In the winter in the northern region, when the sludge dryer stops running, the operator should add enough water to the internal dryer to clean the machine.
