This will cause the formation of a gas film and a hard layer on the surface of the slime, which hinders the heat transfer of the inner layer. In this way, it will also cause the slime drying speed to be slower and absorb more heat, which in turn causes excessive heat energy loss in the slime drying equipment. Therefore, when we use a disc dryer to dry slime, we should crush the raw materials first, so that the fine particles of slime can get sufficient heat, and thus better avoid excessive heat loss of the slime drying equipment.
2. Reduce the moisture of coal slime raw materials. According to daily life experience, we know that under the same conditions, objects with more water content are less likely to dry. The slime dryer uses heat transfer to dry slime, which is the same reason. If the moisture content in the slime is higher, more heat is inevitably needed to achieve the required drying effect. Therefore, in order to prevent excessive thermal energy loss in the slime drying equipment, we need to properly dehydrate the slime with higher moisture content.
3. Enhance the heat preservation of the disc dryer. In order to reduce the thermal energy loss of the slime drying equipment, it is recommended that users and friends do a good job of insulating the slime drying equipment. Because, if the insulation function of the cylinder of the slime drying equipment is poor, and even air leakage occurs, it will cause a large amount of heat energy resources to be lost, thereby increasing the heat energy loss of the tray dryer.
