Filter Screen Cleaning Steps

2. Physical cleaning: Use a food-grade nylon brush (pH 8.5-9.0 alkaline cleaning agent) to scrub the filter screen. For stubborn clumps, soak for 20 minutes.
3. Rinse and disinfect: After rinsing with clean water, soak in a 150-200ppm peracetic acid solution for disinfection. Finally, rinse with purified water until the conductivity is <50μS/cm.

Housing Cleaning Steps
