The main structure is a W-shaped casing containing a collet, which is equipped with pairs of hollow low-speed rotating hollow shafts. Multiple mixing blades are welded on the shafts. The collet and the hollow mixing blades are all connected by a heat carrier. The two heating surfaces heat the material at the same time. The paddle dryer is a kind of heat carrier, which is generally fed from the middle of the dryer equipment, and discharged from the other side through the surface of the raw material layer in a stirring state. Wedge-shaped hollow paddles are gathered and sorted on the hollow shaft, and hot material flows through the paddles through the hollow shaft.
The heat conduction area per unit capacity is quite large, and the thermal material temperature ranges from -40°C to 320°C. It can be water vapor or liquid: such as boiling water, high-temperature thermal oil, etc. The paddle dryer simply transfers and heats, and does not take the gas to take away the heat, and the heat is used to heat the raw materials.
The loss of calorific value is only heat dissipation through the heat pipe to the environment through the heat insulation layer of the body, and the heat conduction surface of the wedge-shaped blade has a self-cleaning effect. The relative speed between the material particles and the wedge surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can scrub away the material adhering to the wedge surface, so that a clean heat transfer surface is always maintained during operation.
