Material conveying and drying: The material enters the dryer through the feed port. During the drying process, the material contacts the steam tube, absorbs heat, and the water evaporates.

Exhaust gas treatment: The exhaust gas and water vapor generated during the drying process are discharged through the induced draft fan and usually treated by a cyclone separator or bag filter.
