Production description

The rotary drier is mainly composed of stator, rotor and driving device.

1.the rotor

The central shaft of the rotor is the bearing part of the dry rotary plate, with a hollow structure. All the rotary plates are connected to the hollow shaft by welding.

Each turntable discs consists of two interlocking disc plates welded together.In order to improve the robustness of the turntable, a number of supporting rods are distributed in the cavity of the turntable, and the supporting rods support the left and right two disks at both ends.

The turntable can be made of low carbon steel, stainless steel, or special alloy steel, depending on the properties of the drying materials.

A push/agitator is provided at the edge of the turntable. They have two functions: one is to push and transport materials, and the other is to stir and mix materials. Propeller inclination can be adjusted according to operational requirements.

During the operation of the equipment, the inner cavity of the rotary table is filled with heat medium. The heat medium can use medium and low pressure steam (up to 12 atmospheres), heat conducting oil or high pressure hot water, and transfer the heat required by the drying product to the drying object through the outer surface of the rotary table.

2.the stator

The stator is equipped with steam doom,which is used to containing waste steam.

Stator end plate is installed with flange for easy maintenance, and end plate is also used to fix rotor bearing.In order to facilitate maintenance, the exhaust steam dome outlet is provided with access cover plate.

3.driving device

The driven decice can be customized as per requirement.
