Product description

Rotary disc dryer allows removing unnecessary fluids from fish, from animals and poultry by-products. Dryers are designed to work with a steam pressure of up to 10 bar and have become an excellent solution due to their use of the natural fat content of the material. The dryer rotor itself consists of a central shaft equipped with many steam-heated discs.

Large surface area affects effectively on the evaporation process of water vapor. This means that heat is transferred indirectly from steam to the dried material. A variable speed drive is mounted at the screw conveyor at the end of the dryer, where dried material is discharged.

Rotary dryers undergo detailed quality control. Besides, a pressure test is carried out before each shipment. The driers are designed to following PED, ASME, DNV, TUV, and GOST standards.
