Product description

All the reaction kettles can be designed and manufactured as per requirement.

The design pressure can be up to 10Mpa. The volume can be up to 50000L.

This ethanol reactor is made of ASTM stainless steel material.

Approved Inspector (AI ) from BV will check and inspect the whole procedure of the production of reactors. 

All the pressure vessels shall be manufactured as per approved drawings.

Thickness of the wall can be up to 12mm, weight of single unit is approx.1200kg-5000kg.

Seal form: packing seal, mechanical seal,and magnetic seal.

1) Jacket heating

2) Big man hole on the top of reactor

3) All the flanges and nozzles are made of stainless steel

4) Equipped with pressure meters and thermometer

5) Polish outside

Production procedures

1.We have raw material in store, all the steel material are checked by our QC.

2. All our welders are trained and test every year.

3. All the pressure vessels will be pressure tested and issued the pressure test report.
