Sludge volute press

Volute dewatering press pertains to spiral extrusion machine, which can improve desilter and sludge thickener, and save construction cost of exhaust water factory. The machine replaces automatic update for filtration of filter mass for traditional sieving filteration. Consecutive separation of water and sludge is realized efficiently. Extrusion and dehydration of sludge is carried out via strong force resulting from the change of spiral spindle diameter and screw pitch, as well as tiny gap between float ring and fixing ring. Sludge is concentrated by gravity at concentration system before transferred to dehydration system. During delivery, filtration gap and screw pitch get smaller, and internal pressure is produced with resistance of back pressure plate and volume is reduced, thus realizing extrusion and dehydration.

Disc dryer

Disc dryer can heat not only by the shell but also by the internal rotor, greatly increasing the drying area, improving the thermal efficiency and ensuringthe complete drying of materials. This equipment is characterized by high drying efficiency, long service life and low maintenance frequency andfinds extensive applications in drying the materials with high moisture content and high viscosity such as municipal sludge, industrial sludge, animal protein, plant protein, food, chemical materials and pesticide. According to different physical properties of materials, the disc dryer can be constructed of carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316L and dual phase steel.

Hollow blade Paddle dryer

Hollow blade Paddle dryer is a kind of heat conducting and low speed mixing type dryer. There is a jacket installed inside the cylinder and hollow blades equipped in the hollow shaft, when heat carrier enters, wet materials are mixed by the paddle, thus heat exchange of cylinder and stirring blade hot surface is fully processed, so that raw materials are dried.
