1. Daily maintenance (after each use or weekly)
Equipment cleaning: clean the dust and residual materials inside and outside the equipment after each use to keep the equipment clean.
Check key components: check key parts such as paddles, heating elements, transmission parts, etc. to ensure that there is no wear, blockage or dust accumulation.
Check the electrical system: check electrical components such as motors, control cabinets, sensors, etc. to ensure that the wiring is firm and the insulation is good.
2. Regular maintenance (monthly or quarterly)
Lubrication maintenance: add or replace lubricating oil to the transmission system (such as bearings and gears) every month to ensure good lubrication.
Check the sealing: check the sealing of pipe connections, rotary joints, valves and other parts to prevent leakage.
Check the steam trap: check the working status of the steam trap every month to ensure smooth discharge of condensate.
3. Mid-term maintenance (every six months)
Clean up the accumulated materials: clean up the accumulated materials inside the equipment and the materials adhering to the inner wall, paddles and main shaft.
Check the heating element: check the integrity and working efficiency of the heating element and replace it if necessary.
Check motor lubrication: Check and add lubricating oil according to the motor type and manufacturer's recommendations.
4. Annual maintenance
Comprehensive inspection and maintenance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including the reliability of the anchor bolts and connecting bolts, and the wear of each component.
Anti-corrosion treatment: Perform anti-corrosion treatment on metal parts, such as applying anti-rust paint, especially the parts in contact with the humid environment.
Develop a maintenance plan: Develop a maintenance plan for the next year based on the actual operation of the equipment, and record the details of each maintenance.
5. Maintenance under special circumstances
Long-term out of use: If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be thoroughly cleaned and anti-corrosion treated, and the equipment status should be checked regularly.
Field operation: For equipment operating in the field, rain and moisture protection measures should be taken, such as building a rain shelter.
